We are delighted to announce that Malcolm Lea has joined Milligan as Head of Development and Construction. Malcolm previously worked as a consultant to Milligan on our successful development of the Metquarter in Liverpool in 2006.
Malcolm will have overall responsibility for the development and construction across all Milligan projects including Spain and he will also be working with the new business team, helping to win new development projects.

Malcolm’s significant career in real estate spans over 30 years and includes the development of regional shopping centre County Mall, Crawley, the award winning “La Molazul residences,” 25 award winning luxury apartments in Mallorca and the development of One Aldwych Hotel, London. Malcolm has considerable experience in high quality commercial and residential property as well as the creation of equity funds and working with Joint-venture partners and managing diverse investor relationships.
