Xavi has over 25 years’ experience running shopping centres and retail parks and understands all aspects of the financial and contractual needs to ensure a secure investment. From initial investment on a retail asset to managing all the teams involved, Xavi is passionate in the entire process and he has been the director responsible for Asset Management in Milligan’s Spanish office since 2007.
Before joining Milligan, Xavi was initially the financial manager and later the centre manager for Maremagnum, Barcelona. He has a degree in Economics as well as two masters from Esade Business School and from Pompeu Fabra University.
Xavi lives in Barcelona, has two children and loves playing padel, Google it here! Xavi is passionate about protecting the environment and believes the way to leave a better world for future generations is through small steps and actions that over time, add up to make a big difference.
